Personal Subdivision Bond Application

In order to be responsive to your needs, we have streamlined our procedures to provide you with the quickest response. The following list of items are required to process your request:

  1. Subdivision bond application - click to download
  2. Copies of the following:

    3. a. Set aside letter from the construction leader or verification of financing.
    b. Engeneer's estimate of cost to complete offside improvements.
    c. Required bond forms (originals)
    d. Subdivision agreement, grading application, DRE 643 form relocation permit with XCU coverage, etc.

  3. Personal financial statement on all owners and indemnitors.
  4. If any assets of the applicants are held in trust, provide a copy of the trust agreement.
  5. Bank verification letter on all business and personal accounts to include lines of credit, see attached format.
  6. Proof of ownership of the property (deed or preliminary title).
